Join us for a 7-week group exploration of mindfulness and emotional intelligence!

When a person feels unstable inside, it tends to have a ripple effect into many areas of their life. This course helps to build a sense of connection and resilience by bridging tools for stabilizing your life on the inside and beyond. The session themes (listed below in our weekly lineup) are intended to offer an exploration of discovering your own personal path toward stability, as well as, exploring our paths together and learning from one another. Perhaps most importantly, this series is an opportunity for you to carve out time for nourishing yourself, filling up your tank, and being in a space among a supportive community.

How you choose to participate is entirely up to you and you are encouraged to work with the themes in a way that empowers your own personal transformation. You will receive a weekly email with a re-cap of the session, along with additional resources and supports. You will also be matched with a "series sidekick" partner who will act as your peer support.

 

Perhaps, most importantly, this series is an opportunity for you to carve out time for nourishing yourself; filling up your tank, and being in a space among a supportive community.

In each meeting we will:

  • Explore a theme to deepen our sense of wellbeing

  • Embody awareness practices

  • Take time for integration & discussion

  • a stable internet connection

  • a device with audio and video

  • a comfortable space with minimal distractions

  • curious mind, body, and heart
