Perhaps more than ever, people are feeling restless these days. Some people have a sense of anxiety with way too much going on, while others have a sense of depression and boredom. And some of us flip-flop.
We think this is the perfect time to offer you an adventure with Osho’s Active Meditations™. Osho’s revolutionary meditations are techniques that bring you on the greatest adventure a human can undertake. He developed specific meditations using various movements and sounds to bring you to an awareness of the sheer delight of your being.
In 2003, facilitator Amber Sitara was introduced to Osho by an elder sannyasin, Komalta. It was a transformational experience. Amber Sitara has trained with many 21-day Osho intensives and also travelled to Osho International in Puna India. She is looking forward to offering these meditations online so people can have an adventure with Osho from the comfort of their home.
